By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to follow these terms may result in cancellation of the project and being denied future commissions.

WHAT WILL I REQUIRE?✧ All finalised assets (art, audio, and scripts, if applicable) must be provided at the start of the project.✧ AI-generated content will not be accepted.✧ Please provide video references, a moodboard, or visual inspiration. If you don’t have any, I’m happy to create moodboards and share direction with you.✧ Be sure to request any major changes at this early stage.✧ I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS✧ Payments are accepted via PayPal (GBP only).Choose between:• 50% upfront (non-refundable), or• Full payment upfront✧ Full refunds are only provided if I am unable to complete the project for reasons on my end. If you choose to cancel, 50% will be refunded (if full payment was made).

ADDITIONAL FEES✧ Major changes requested later in the editing process may incur extra fees.✧ I may share your commission (or parts of it) in my portfolio or on social media unless an NDA is requested.
NDA fee: £20.✧ Projects for direct monetization (e.g., streams, premieres, Patreon uploads) are subject to a 15% commercial fee.✧ Rush orders (if accepted) are also subject to a 30% surcharge.✧ Additional fees may apply for major revisions after work has begun.Note: As long as you’re not directly profiting from the final product, commercial usage fees do not apply.

CREDITS✧ You must credit me in my work, linking one of my social medias.✧ You must not resell or alter my work without my written permission.✧ You must not reuse my work for anything other than its original intended purpose. Further fees may be discussed.
